At Motion Tees, every item is made with care and printed just for you.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on location.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate

  • Orders over $50: FREE shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note: Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color selection.

However, we do stand behind our quality.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Motion Tees is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
