Return & Refund Policy

At Motion Tees, each product is made to order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or general returns once an order has been produced.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process the request, include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Size Responsibility

Please review the sizing guide carefully before placing your order. Because all items are custom printed, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
